ABOUT ME
Been blessed with the opportunity of earning income doing something I love, FITNESS! Also, helping those who are starting their journey into a healthier, fit life that can be part of this opportunity and earn income themselves.
As a partner coach with a great fitness company, Beachbody, I'm given the ability to help generate income for my family. Beachbody has built a full proof, organized, no ceiling limit, business opportunity, allowing you to own your own business, being a coach with me and the rest of our team.
I'm just a woman like many of you. I am a wife, mother to four feline fur babies, gym fitness instructor, active snowboarder, and someone passionate about everyone that wants success and wants to help others. I have a servers ♥ and want wonderful people on my team that embody the desire to get healthier, share their journey with others, be involved in what Beachbody offers with the complete system (fitness program, meal plan and accountability coach - ME!).
Fitness and health was been quite challenging. I've had to work for it! I love where I am and enjoy the woman this partnership and our team has blessed me to become.
CHILDHOOD:
In my early years, I grew up active. I was a competitive swimmer. I played waterpolo. The water was my home. After competitive levels for sports concluded I took up snowboarding, which is still something I get to enjoy as mother nature allows.
ADULTHOOD:
I spent most of my 20's in great shape, thanks in part to my love of dancing. Marriage came in my 30's and career circumstances led to weight gain and deep sadness, because I truly love working and serving others. #pivot
MY NEW LIFESTYLE:
I had always had a gym membership since I was 15. I knew a workout could always be a benefit to mood stimulus and also help get me back in shape. I began taking group fitness classes. One particular class became my obsession and while attending one I was invited to an opportunity that has changed my life. It gave me purpose back. It gave me the opportunity to help people find their way out of poor health, nutrition and unhappy life. It's been an amazing blessing being a partnered coach, having this amazing team as a community of people that encourage each other. The programs keep me moving and we always have new variety to keep the spice in your fitness relationship, FRESH! I've drank our shake for over six years and it's helped me in so many ways with my nutrition and maintaining a healthy eating lifestyle.
TRANSFORMATION DETAILS:
Now I'm over 50lbs lost after exceeding 180lbs previously.
I am extremely gratful I get to help so many people find their health, happiness for life and hopefully some financial reward.
